The winning season for the Jackson County flag football team continued Wednesday night, as the Panthers defeated Athens Academy 19-6.
Aubree Dobbs connected with Macey McCutcheon for a touchdown., while Dobbs and Aliyah Haney each rushed for scores in the win. Defensively, Sole Bailey hauled in her sixth interception of the season.
Jackson County hosts senior night on against Loganville on Nov. 4.
