Cross Country is a fall sport where kids compete both as a team and as individuals in long distance running.

Legacy Knoll Cross Country Team

Are you looking for a fun and challenging fall sport? Then look no further than Legacy Knoll's cross country team! Led by head coach Isaac Thomas and assistant coach Austin Poole, cross country is a great opportunity for students in grades 6-8 to compete both as a team and as individuals.

What is Cross Country?

Cross country is a running sport that takes place over natural terrain, like fields, parks, and forests. Races typically range from 3 to 12 kilometers (2 to 7 miles).

Benefits of Cross Country

Cross country is a great way to improve your cardiovascular health, build endurance, and develop mental toughness. It's also a lot of fun!
