Sideline Cheer

Unleash Your Spirit: Join Football Cheer!

Both competition cheerleading and football sideline cheerleading for 2025-26 will be a combined sport between Legacy Knoll Middle School and West Jackson Middle School. Our football sideline cheerleading head coach is Meg Barber assistant coach Krissy Landers. Sideline cheerleading is for grades 6-8. Tryouts happen in the spring for the next school year's season.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Open to grades 6-8: Unleash your energy and school spirit alongside fellow students from both LMKS and WJMS.
  • Game Day Excitement: Support our football team at both home and away games, leading cheers that ignite the crowd.
  • Halftime Showstopper: Showcase your talent and teamwork with a dynamic halftime routine featuring stunts and dance moves.
  • Experienced Leadership: Learn and grow under the guidance of Head Coach Meg Barber and Assistant Coach Krissy Landers.

Tryouts for the Fall 2025 season took place in early March, for information for new students contact Coach Meg Barber.
