Senior Kylen Hewell committed to play collegiate softball at Shorter University over the weekend. Hewell boasts a .397 batting average with 31 hits, 23 runs batted in and 22 runs scored in 22 games this season for the Lady Panthers.
In 81 plate appearances this season, Hewell, whose primary position is catcher, has been struck out just four times.
