The Jackson County volleyball team secured the top-seed for the Region 8-AAAAA tournament. That will be held at JCHS inside Panther Pavilion on Thursday, Oct. 10. The semifinal games begin at 5 p.m., with the championship beginning at 7 p.m.
The Panthers secured the top seed after posting a 36-6 overall record and a 12-0 mark in region play.
