Jackson County sophomore Sole Bailey finished second in the girls' 100-meter hurdles during the Class AAAAAA State Track and Field Championships in Rome on Saturday. Bailey finished with a time of 14.21 seconds, placing just behind Lakeside Evans senior Kennedy Myers. Bailey is one of the state's top sprinters, placing in the top three as a freshman last season.
