Aubree Dobbs threw for five touchdown passes and the Jackson County girls flag football team defeated East Jackson 40-0 Monday night inside Eagle Stadium.
With the win, Jackson County is now 5-0 on the season.
Dobbs connected with Sole Bailey (4 catches, 89 yards) and Aliyah Haney (4 catches, 34 yards) for two scores each, while Macey McCutcheon (5 catches, 63 yards) hauled in another scoring pass. Haney also rushed for a touchdown, finishing the night with three carries for 68 yards.
Defensively, Brii Brooks led the way with two interceptions, while Bailey and Katie Nalder finished with an interception of their own.
