The Jackson County boys wrestling team finished fourth in Class AAAAA of the GHSA State Traditional Wrestling Championships in Macon on Saturday.
Domynic Thompson (120 pounds), Toby Jurovschi (138) and Daylan Maxwell (165) each finished runner-up in the state. Josue Mendoza (190) finished third and Mikey Castro (126) finished sixth. Amiya Edwards and Abby Andersen finished in fifth place on the girls side.
