The Jackson County boys soccer team earned a massive 5-2 non-region win over Brookwood Friday night.
Aiden Burke led the way with two goals, while Carson Odom, Justin Hanfman and Gio Ospina each scored a goal for the Panthers, which sits with a 2-2 overall record heading into the Region 8-AAAAA opener against Winder-Barrow on Friday night.
Gage Simmons recorded four saves in the win over Brookwood, while Skylar Parnell, Luis Ventura and Ali Mizdrak each recorded assists.
