RJ Knapp scored 16 points to go along with five rebounds and three steals to lift the Jackson County boys basketball team past Clarke Central 61-59 on Friday night in Athens. The Panthers are now 4-6 overall and 1-1 in Region 8-AAAAA.
The Panthers host Habersham Central Tuesday night and visit county-rival Jefferson Friday.
Landon Jones and Logan Tullis finished with 13 points each Friday night, while Jacob Lee finished with 12 points. Lee also finished with seven assists and five steals, while Jones finished with seven rebounds and Tullis with five.
