Boys Basketball Secures 66-62 Win Over Flowery Branch
The Jackson County boys basketball team earned its first win of the season on Monday night, defeating the Flowery Branch Falcons 66-62.
The Panthers were led by Brice Rogers, who finished with a team-high 23 points to go along with five rebounds and two assists. EJ Heath finished with 14 points and nine rebounds, while Jacob Lee finished with 11 points, three assists and two steals in the victory.
Jackson County (1-3) visits Franklin County on Tuesday, Dec. 5, and Cedar Shoals on Dec. 9. Jackson County visits East Jackson in a cross-country battle on Tuesday, Dec. 12.
